Rectangle Consultancy and Services Pvt. Ltd. operates Loan Manager as a loan facilitation / DSA (Direct Selling Agent) platform. Rectangle Consultancy and Services Pvt. Ltd. is not a lender, a bank, or a non-banking financial company (NBFC), and does not itself sanction, underwrite, or disburse loans. We connect you with partner Banks and NBFCs, who make the actual lending decision, set the loan terms, and disburse funds.
No guarantee of approval
Submitting an application through Loan Manager does not guarantee that any partner lender will approve it, or approve it on the terms you requested. Approval, interest rate, tenure, and all other loan terms are decided solely by the partner Bank or NBFC that reviews your application.
Your agreement is with the lender
Once a partner lender approves your application, your loan agreement, repayment obligations, and any dispute about the loan itself are between you and that lender — not Rectangle Consultancy and Services Pvt. Ltd..
How we may be compensated
Consistent with standard DSA (Direct Selling Agent) practice, Rectangle Consultancy and Services Pvt. Ltd. may receive a referral or facilitation fee from a partner lender when a loan we facilitated is disbursed. This does not change the amount you repay to the lender, and does not make us a party to your loan agreement.
