Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or submitting a loan application through Loan Manager, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Loan Facilitation Disclaimer.

What this service is

Rectangle Consultancy and Services Pvt. Ltd. operates Loan Manager as a loan facilitation / DSA (Direct Selling Agent) platform. Rectangle Consultancy and Services Pvt. Ltd. is not a lender, a bank, or a non-banking financial company (NBFC), and does not itself sanction, underwrite, or disburse loans. We connect you with partner Banks and NBFCs, who make the actual lending decision, set the loan terms, and disburse funds.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this service.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you submit, and for keeping access to your account secure. Providing false or misleading information may result in your application being rejected or your account being suspended.

The facilitation process

When you submit a loan application, we route it to one or more partner Banks/NBFCs for evaluation. We do not guarantee that any partner lender will approve your application, and we do not control the interest rate, tenure, fees, or other terms a partner lender offers — those are set by the lender and form an agreement directly between you and them.

Fees

Any facilitation fee charged by Rectangle Consultancy and Services Pvt. Ltd., or any fee charged separately by a partner lender, will be disclosed to you before you proceed with that lender's offer.

Personal Loan reward

On successful disbursement of a Personal Loan facilitated through Loan Manager, Rectangle Consultancy and Services Pvt. Ltd. pays you a reward of up to 1% of the disbursed loan amount. This reward is funded entirely from Rectangle Consultancy and Services Pvt. Ltd.'s own facilitation payout — it is never paid, funded or reimbursed by the lending institution.

This reward applies only to Personal Loan applications. It is not available on any other product on this site.

The exact percentage applicable to your case, and the stage at which it is paid, is confirmed to you in writing once your loan is sanctioned. Payment is conditional on successful disbursement; no reward is payable if the application is not approved or the loan is not disbursed.

The reward does not increase your EMI, does not increase your total repayment, and does not change the interest rate, tenure, processing fee or any other term set by the lender. It has no bearing on, and does not influence, the lender's approval decision or pricing.

Rectangle Consultancy and Services Pvt. Ltd. may modify or withdraw this reward for future applications at its discretion. The terms in force on the date your application is submitted apply to your case, regardless of later changes.

This reward is a direct payment from us to you. It is not a discount, rebate or reduction on your loan, and must not be read or advertised as one.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use this service to submit fraudulent applications or documents, impersonate another person, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.

Limitation of liability

As a facilitator, Rectangle Consultancy and Services Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for a partner lender's decision to approve, reject, or set terms for your loan, or for that lender's own conduct once you are dealing with them directly.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion under Profile › Privacy settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above.
